Dog Days and Summer Haze

We hope the summer's off to a great start for you as it has been for us. Summer's for lazy afternoons and a little bit of relaxing.

At Ecotech though, this couldn't be further from the truth. The first week of June 2018 saw a lot of activity and excitement on the STP/ETP front for Ecotech.

Residential STP at Electronics City

We completed installation of a 370 KLD STP for SNN Builders—Greenbay Phase 1 at Electronics City, Bangalore and commenced soft commissioning and operation. This is an Extended Aeration Activated Sludge (EAAS) STP designed in two modules, with provision to retrofit a Biological Denitrification stage if so mandated by the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board or the Indian Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change.

Bangladesh Dairy ETP export

Our erection and installation technician Mr. Umesh is in Bangladesh for advisory services of installation of a 1000 KLD Dairy ETP for the PRAN-RFL group at Narshingdi, Bangladesh. The entire ETP machinery was shipped by us in container from the ICD in Bangalore. ICD stands for Inland Container Depot. From ICD Bangalore the container moves to Chennai port or Krishnapatnam port in Andhra Pradesh by rail, and is then loaded on to a container vessel for Chittagong in Bangladesh. All customs and export formalities are completed at ICD Bangalore.

This is a repeat order from PRAN-RFL after successful running of the first 500 KLD Dairy ETP supplied and installed by us in 2012 at the same site.

Mango & soft fruits pulping ETP in Bangladesh

Our erection and installation technician Mr. Albert is in Bangladesh for advisory services of installation of a 1000 KLD mango and soft fruits pulping ETP in Rajshahi, Bangladesh. Rajshahi is the Mango Capital of the country. The entire package was shipped in a 40 ft container from ICD Bangalore to Chittagong Port.

Residential STP in Hadapsar, Pune

Ecotech completed delivery of the electromechanical equipment package for a 150 KLD EAAS STP for the Kumar Properties group. Installation is scheduled to start June 14, 2018. This is for a residential complex in Hadapsar, Pune.

ITC Cigarette Factory, Pune

Ecotech commenced an audit exercise for a 180 KLD ETP of ITC's cigarette factory in Ranjangaon Industrial Area, Pune.
